Ryan & Angela – A Hotel Monaco Wedding

Classic Elegance at Angela & Ryan’s Timeless Hotel Monaco Wedding in Pittsburgh.

Love, laughter, and happily ever after. This elegant Hotel Monaco wedding was truly a night to remember. The warm glow of candlelight, a classic black-and-white color palette, and most importantly, the love of family and friends made this celebration one for the books. We were honored to witness the start of a beautiful journey for Angela and Ryan. Cheers to the newlyweds!

“We wanted to keep our wedding very traditional from start to finish.” – Angela & Ryan

A Sentimental Tribute:

Ryan honored his late father in a touching way, wearing a classic timepiece from his dad’s collection and a heartfelt memorial pin tucked inside his jacket. It was a quiet yet powerful way to keep his father close on such a meaningful day.

A Traditional Love Story Rooted in Faith:

Angela and Ryan’s wedding day was a beautiful tribute to tradition. They chose not to see each other before the ceremony, saving that magical moment for the walk down the aisle. In a world where trends come and go, their choice to honor timeless traditions brought a meaningful depth to the day.

From the bride: “(St. Mary’s) Besides being a gorgeous church, I (Angela) grew up going to this church and made all of my sacraments there. The most important this to us was that we truly kept God at the center of our ceremony.”

An Emotional Ceremony at St. Mary’s:

Watching Angela walk toward her future husband in a moment of pure stillness and reverence was unforgettable. Sometimes, the simplest traditions create the most magical memories.

Wedding Portraits at Pittsburgh’s North Shore & Hotel Monaco Rooftop:

After the ceremony, we took the wedding party to the North Shore for some stunning portraits against Pittsburgh’s skyline. We also made the most of the chic Hotel Monaco rooftop, capturing romantic shots as the sun began to set. The couple radiated joy and elegance throughout every frame.

A Dream Reception at Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh:

Olive & Rose Events and Hotel Monaco truly outdid themselves. From the lush floral arrangements by Fragile Paradise Florist to the luxurious, candle-lit reception space, the entire evening was nothing short of magical.

Meaningful First Dances and a Packed Dance Floor

Angela and Ryan kicked off the reception dances with their parents, saving their own first dance as husband and wife for last—a heartfelt and unforgettable moment.

DJ Blair from Pittsburgh Event Group kept the energy alive all night, with a carefully curated playlist that made it impossible to stay off the dance floor.

From the couple:
For our reception, our biggest focus was on the music and food. We wanted to make sure all of our guests young and old had a great time. DJ Blair from the Pittsburgh Event Group made sure all of our guests were out on the dancefloor all night. We worked with him to create the perfect playlist for our wedding. Once we got through the traditional reception affairs, our main goal was for the rest of the night to feel like a big party. DJ Blair was integral in us accomplishing just that!”

A Perfect Ending to a Magical Night

As the evening came to a close, we captured a few final, iconic shots: a romantic kiss inside the Hotel Monaco elevator, and a glowing night shot out front—an image worthy of a movie poster.

This wedding was a stunning reminder of the beauty of love, tradition, and community. Angela and Ryan, thank you for letting us be part of such a heartfelt celebration. Cheers to a lifetime of happiness!
