Ryan & Angela – A Hotel Monaco Wedding

Love, laughter, and happily ever after. This elegant Hotel Monaco wedding was truly a night to remember. The warm glow of candlelight, the classic black and white color palette, and most importantly, the love of family and friends all made this celebration one for the books. We were honored to witness the start of a beautiful journey for this lovely couple and their loved ones. Cheers to the newlyweds!

“We wanted to keep our wedding very traditional from start to finish.” – Angela & Ryan

Ryan paid tribute to his father with a classic timepiece from his collection and a heartfelt memorial pin tucked inside his jacket. Keeping his dad close to his heart, always.

From the bride: “(St. Mary’s) Besides being a gorgeous church, I (Angela) grew up going to this church and made all of my sacraments there. The most important this to us was that we truly kept God at the center of our ceremony.”

Witnessing this beautiful moment as the bride walked down the aisle towards her husband to be, I couldn’t help but admire their traditional approach. In this fast-paced world, where everything is instant, this couple chose to keep it timeless and not see each other until the big reveal. It was a reminder that sometimes traditions are worth holding onto and can make for the most magical moments.

Capturing the recessional of the wedding couple is one of my favorite moments of the wedding day. The newlyweds always radiate pure joy as they walk together hand in hand.

We headed to the North Shore for a few photos of the wedding party.

We also wanted to utilize the amazing rooftop at Hotel Monaco.

Olive & Rose Events and Hotel Monaco truly outdid themselves, bringing the couple’s dream wedding to life in the most elegant and magical way possible. The was stunning.  From the exquisite floral arrangements to the luxurious setting, this is a celebration that will be remembered for a lifetime.

Reception toasts are really growing on me as my years in the business go on. Look at all the smiles!

The couple started off the special dances with their parents.

They saved their first dance as husband & wife for last.

From the couple:
For our reception, our biggest focus was on the music and food. We wanted to make sure all of our guests young and old had a great time. DJ Blair from the Pittsburgh Event Group made sure all of our guests were out on the dancefloor all night. We worked with him to create the perfect playlist for our wedding. Once we got through the traditional reception affairs, our main goal was for the rest of the night to feel like a big party. DJ Blair was integral in us accomplishing just that!”

We ended the night with the iconic night shot in front of Hotel Monaco & a kiss inside the elevator!
